Itinerary
Arrive at Addis Abeba Bole International Airport and meet our representative then continue the City tour of Addis. Visiting Addis Abeba will begin with seeing the orthodox cathedral of the Holy Trinity. It is the most important church in Ethiopia. In this church, there is a mausoleum of the last emperor of Ethiopia - Haile Selassie. his wife is also buried there. Then, we will see the National Museum, which is said to be one of the most important museums in the whole Sub-Saharian Africa. 3,2 million-years old bones of our grand.... ancestor - Lucy, are one of the most famous exhibits of their collection. The attention of visitors is drawn by a rich collection of insignia of emperors and churches, costumes, and weapons. The oldest exhibits are rock sculptures and inscriptions from the times of Queen Saba, found near Aksum and in today's Eritrea.
The ethnographic museum, which is the next stop on our trip to Addis Ababa, is located at the University. It was founded and managed by the Polish scientist, professor Stanisław Chojnacki. Probably the most interesting part of the exhibition is the collection of crosses and icons. The museum should be visited by amateurs of folklore instruments since the collection of them gathered in the museum is impressive.
The final attraction of the day in Addis Abeba will be a trip through Merkato, which is believed to be the biggest marketplace in Africa. then transfer to your Hotel for overnight.
Fly Addis to Gonder - Simien Mountains
Take a morning flight to Gondaddis to Gonder - Simien Mountains on arrival to Gondar pick up by our drivers and continue to Debark about 100km from Gondar where the park HQ is located. finish all entrance fees and head to Simien Mountains. We will take a short hike around the lodge to spot and Photograph Gelada baboons(The bleeding hearted Baboon).

Take a morning drive into the park for the day trip. The day drive & hike will take you beautiful views of the Simien landscape and the endless mountain ridges, and you have a chance to observe and photograph the endemic gelada baboons, Walia Ibex, Bush Buck, and Cliffs springer. Also birds such as Lammergayer, Francolins & Ankober Serin.
Overnight Lodge/Camping
Fly Back to Addis - Bale Mountains Early morning drive back to Gonder and then take a flight to Addis. On arrival to Addis catch up for a flight to the Bale Mountains. On arrival meet the driver and head to Dinsho( park headquarters) here in the Woodland part of the park we will be rewarded by the huge number of Ethiopian endemic mammals such as Mountain Nyala, Menelik's Bush Buck, and also the Bohor reedbuck.

Drive to Sanneti Plateau
In the morning After breakfast, drive to Sanetti Plateau above 4000 meters, with Afro-alpine Moor land, and beautiful wild alpine scenery. Spend the whole day seeing the rare and endangered Canid species Ethiopian Wolf, Ethiopian Hare, and water birds like Blue-winged Goose, Ruddy shell duck, Wattled Crane, and others.

Full Day Sanneti Plateau and Harena Forest
On this day you will spend on the plateau hunting for Ethiopian Wolf again and in the Afternoon drive down to Harena Forest to spot the endemic Bale Monkey feeding on Bamboo trees. other monkey families will be seen here. In the night we will do a night safari for Nocturnal mammals in the forest.

Drive to Awash National Park
The morning after breakfast leave the Bale Mountains for Awash National Park. On our drive to the park pass Lake Beseka and enter the Awash National Park. On our way, we may encounter olive and Hamadryas baboons. Birds like Somali Golden Breasted Robin, Nile Valley Sunbird, Lineated Pytilia, red and yellow barbet, Yellow Throated Serin, Sombre Chat, and Arabian Bustard.

Visit Alideghe Wildlife reserve
After having an early breakfast at the lodge, we take a drive to the Alideghe game reserve located northeast of the Awash National Park. Here we will have a game drive and scan the vast plain for Grevy’s Zebra, Gerenuk, Beisa Oryx, Simmering Gazelle, Grant’s Gazelle, Olive, and Hamadryas Baboons, Somali Ostrich, and for birds such as Brown Snake-Eagle, African Pygmy Falcon, Black-chested Eagle, White-bellied Bustard, Acacia Paradise Whydah, Abyssinian Roller, Secretary bird, Arabian Bustard, Kori bustard, bee-eaters, different weavers, and vultures. We then drive to Doho Lodge for lunch and enjoy the natural hot spring under the vast palm trees.
In the late afternoon when the sun starts to cool down, we will take a short drive to Awash Park. For the rest of the afternoon, we will have a game drive around Ilala Plains, here we expect to see herds of Beisa Oryx, Sommering’s Gazelle. If we are lucky we will spot some of the rare dwellings like Bat Eared Foxes, African Wild Cats, and different endemic birds.
Overnight Doho lodge
Drive Back to Addis On this day make a morning excursion around the lodge and then return back to Addis. On arrival to Addis In the evening have a farewell dinner at a traditional Ethiopian restaurant then transfer to Airport for your international flight.
